Fee Refund Policy

To ensure administrative clarity and operational efficiency, the following refund terms shall apply to all event and trip registrations.

• No Refund After Payment. All deposits and full payments made are strictly non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.
• Cancellation or Postponement by External Parties. If a scheduled trip cannot proceed due to the underlying race or event being cancelled or postponed, or where the forestry department or relevant authority announces a venue closure, we reserve the right to either:
  1. arrange an alternative location or programme; or
  2. cancel the trip.
  In the event of trip cancellation, any refund shall be limited to the remaining balance after deducting any deposits, advance payments, or non-recoverable sums already paid to operators, vendors, or third-party service providers. Participants acknowledge that such deposits or advance payments may not be recoverable in full and may be wholly forfeited.
• Non-Transferability of Payment. Deposits and full payments are non-transferable, save for slot replacement arrangements expressly permitted under this policy.
• Slot Replacement by Participant. A participant may arrange for a replacement participant through their own means, provided that:
  1. the replacement is completed at least 7 days before the event or trip date; and
  2. any forestry permit application or other regulatory submission (if applicable) has not yet been submitted.
  Such replacement shall be subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the fee paid or SGD50, whichever is lower.
• Refund Where Replacement Is Arranged by Participant. Where a participant secures their own replacement, the fee paid by the replacement participant shall be refunded to the original participant, less the applicable administrative fee of 10% or SGD50, whichever is lower.
• Refund Where Replacement Is Arranged Through Group Channel. Where replacement participant(s) are sourced through the group channel, the fee paid by such replacement participant(s) shall be distributed equally among the withdrawing participant(s), less the applicable administrative fee of 10% or SGD50, whichever is lower.
